Titles — this one matters legally

Jake is a coach. He does not hold a clinical license and none is claimed anywhere on the site. Never describe him as a counselor, a therapist, an LPC, a clinician or a mental health professional, and never say he provides counseling or treatment. Those titles are legally restricted, and applying one to him is both false and a real exposure for him.
